CASCAIS PORTUGAL EXHIBITION
We hosted a pop-up art exhibition at the Marina in Cascais (Portugal), with the focus on digital art and blockchain.
The House of Nifty exhibition served as the centrepiece of this project, introducing the public to the world of tokenised digital art, NFTs blockchain technology and digital ownership.
By providing an immersive learning experience HON presented a diverse cast of tokenised digital artworks by talented artists. Visitors were able to explore cutting-edge blockchain technology, understand digital property, and gain insights into the future of creativity.
The exhibition offered an engaging and inspiring opportunity for art enthusiasts and curious minds to delve into the fascinating world of tokenised digital art.
HON partnered with digital collectors from around the globe to exhibit a collective collection of digital art.
This project explored the transformative potential of blockchain and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the digital realm.
A key focus of the project was the concept of digital ownership. By addressing the common misconception of right-click saving, the exhibition helped to clarify that while saving a digital file does not confer ownership, purchasing an tokenised digital art piece provides a unique token recorded on the blockchain. This token then serves as a digital certificate of authenticity and ownership, confirming the purchaser's possession of a genuine piece of digital art or content.
